Easter Long-Weekend Retreat with Tara Frances
with Tara Frances
April 2 - 5, 2021
Tara encourages a relaxed and spacious approach to meditation to support the development of confidence and independence in practice. The weekend comprises instruction and formal practice sessions in both metta (lovingkindness) and mindfulness meditation, as well as an engaged attention to everyday activities. These will be presented within the context of the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path.
This retreat will be (Covid permitting) a residential retreat held at BMIMC. As Tara would be coming from Victoria to teach this retreat, in the event of a border closure with Victoria or quarantine measures coming into place, Tara will teach remotely via Zoom with BMIMC still hosting those residential yogis able to make it. Other yogis can move to online with the balance refunded or cancel with a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
