This retreat taught by Sayālay Daw Bhadda Manika and Sayādaw U Vivekananda will be conducted via Skype from Lumbini, with yogis primarily in residence at BMIMC. Preference will be given to yogis able to sit in residence, however we may able to accommodate some yogis who wish to join online from their own residences on request. (Home yogis will sit a slightly different timetable, but will attend all talks & interviews) BMIMC will provide the necessary set-up for streaming dhamma talks and individual interviews. This retreat is capped at 16 yogis in total.
Suitable for experienced meditators.

Sayalay Bhadda Manika
Ven. Sayalay Baddha Manika was born in Myanmar on 9 June 1955. She ordained as a nun in Lumbini in February 1999. She has greatly contributed to the development of Panditarama-Lumbini in various functions and teaches both there and abroad.
